Breakfast - Cake (go ahead and play the bill cosby chocolate cake in your head. After the cramps I had the day before, i thought i'd eat a few carbs each day).

Snack - Summer Sausage
Lunch - Eggs, Sausage, Cheese & Salad
Supper - Taco Meat/Cheese

WOD - McGhee - Pretty brutal after doing the filthy fifty the day before. Ended up getting 20 rounds in.

Lunch - Taco Meat/Cheese
Supper - Hamburger, Brawt, Salad

WOD - 300 workout - took me 17:30. I was pretty happy with that.

Lunch - Breakfast Burrito/Summer Sausage
Supper - Tacos minus shells

WOD - Walked miles through the woods/river to catch some fish instead of working out.

Breakfast - PIzza toppings
Snack - Summer Sausage
Lunch - Sausage, Eggs, Cheese and salad
Snack after workout - 1 Pop Tart
Supper - Hamburger minus bun, and french frie

WOD - Spartacus workout - I felt like i had been beaten afterward. went pretty hard through the whole thing and it was brutal.

WOD - 1 Squat clean every minute for 15 minutes

Just checking in so you know somebody is reading

I'm not very experienced w/ Crossfit yet, but I have done a lot of research on nutrition so I feel like I at least kind of know what I'm talking about there. To me it seems like you aren't eating enough, granted you aren't posting the amounts, but unless the meat portions are huge I'd guess that your calories are a little low. Carbs look pretty low, which is fine as long as you are replacing w/ fat, but I'd still recommend some good carbs coming from fruit and some more veggies...not the cake or Reese's

The cramping is probably also due in part to all the sodium. Between bacon, cheese, summer sausage and pizza toppings I'm guessing your sodium levels are pretty high. Try to eat less processed foods.

Looks like you are doing awesome on the workouts though...to me anyways :P I'd be pumped for some of those numbers

Breakfast - 1 Lb. Hamburger, Tomatoe Sauce, Cheese
Lunch - Chicken Breast (2), Salad
Snack - 16 ounces walnuts and raisins
Supper - Chicken Breasts (1 Lb.) Green Beans
Snack - 6 slices of turkey bacon

WOD - 5 sets of 3 squats, 20 dips
Load on squat - 225,225,275,295,305 (probably should have tried 315 but my lower back felt tight)
Dips were all body weight and struggled even at that
Total time - 8:30
