Notes: RXed workout. Finished 5 out of 24 on the whiteboard. Wallballs and TTB were close to unbroken. Knees started to buckle slightly on the squats, but still pretty minor compared to where I was.
Squats are feeling stronger.

Notes: RXed workout. Finished 10 out of 20 on the whiteboard. PRed deadlift for a set of three reps. I pulled 335 a few inches off the ground but decided to drop it and deload 10# for the two remaining sets. Felt fatigued for the Metcon, as I have not had a rest day yet this month.

I did this workout a tad hungover from pizza and beer, and I can't remember ever sweating more.
Hot out. The whole WOD was cathartic and beautiful.
