Will it ever get better?

No matter how much I stretch/ practice my FRONT RACK doesn't seem to get better. So when I have weight when I'm in front rack the bar is not on my shoulders but about an inch off and 1/2 an inch forward. So since it's not a "proper" rack I know I'm not going as heavy as I can. So I know there are a ton of exercises but just wondering if (with doing them) will that "the front rack" ever come?

Post some vids or something. We can try to see what the issue is.

'Working the high elbows" that recently came out from HQ.

Also notice that his grip is released too.

Yes, with time.

Try using straps or racking the bar like a front rack with the bar on your back.

Re: Will it ever get better?

A few years ago, I had a problem to find a stable front rack.
My problem was gone when I understood the bar should go against my throat.
I was quite uncomfortable at first by after a few weeks I was used to it.

Re: Will it ever get better?

I used to be horrible in my front rack, tight shoulders. I started stretching like the video showed and after a while, the front rack became natural.

Re: Will it ever get better?

Yes, it will get better. Took me a long time to get comfortable there. Shoulders, lats, triceps...stretch em, then stretch em some more

Re: Will it ever get better?

Have you considered professional coaching? When I visited outlaw for just that one intro class, everything got better lol. Keep at it bro. And definitely use wrist straps, they work wonders for me.

Good luck.
