Chin ups and dips.

I can only assume that if I am limited to performing 2 exercises forever, I must be serving life in a SUPERMAX prison. Knowing that most modern prisons have banned weights, that leaves me with bodyweight options. Although the burpee may be a much better all around exercise, the chin-ups and dips will make my muscles larger. Large muscles are important when somebody thinks of taking your cornbread.

Yep. Most powerlifters, strongmen, bodybuilders, football players (pretty much all weight-training-based athletes other than Crossfitters and possibly Oly lifters) would agree with this.

Turkish get ups and........just kidding. I hate TGU's! I'd go with clean and jerk and probably running (I don't care for it but it adds some variety Nd I do it while I travel!) thank God I don't have to pick 2!

Deadlifts and back squats, just because if I can only do 2 things its best they be things I'm good at.
