Bench: 300# (currently @ 205#)
Squats: 400# (currently @ 295#)

Re: Goals for 2012

200,300,400,500 are very valid, legit goals Paulo, nice one. Good luck. They are longer term goals for me, don't think I'll be able to reach them within 12 months.

My goal for 2012 is to be able to complete all 5 of the Villain Challenges listed at http://strengthvillain.com/?tag=villain-challenges (wfs, though some language).

Main resolution for the new year is to be more consistent in both my training and my nutrition. This will send my big 4 in the right direction.

Re: Goals for 2012

I will steal a bit from you both. I've almost finished my garage gym, and will begin GSLP in a few weeks. My goals are:

Stay consistent with training and nutrition.
Establish strength goals (I have not yet been consistent enough to know what's reasonable, though the 200, 300, 400, 500 target seems like something I could do).
Run 5 miles in less than 35 minutes (almost there).
Stay injury free!

Re: Goals for 2012

Hit every "Advanced" standard on this chart. I've probably got 1/2 to 2/3 of them down thus far.

Cool chart for those who haven't seen it yet.

Can I respectfully steal yours? We'd be starting close to the same place.
