Basic X-rays will show sclerosis.

Most importantly, what symptoms are you having?

yeah the x rays showed that.....big pain can't lift anything if i bend pain is worst doctor said sclerosis not me kinda worried about that i stop training 2 weeks ago nut if i pick-up something kinda heavy from the floor it hurts REALLY bad like a knife
