Infinite Intensity

Any other guys who have this book? My girlfriend bought it for me for out anniversary, and it turned out to be a really great read. There's a few interesting workout ideas, equipment ideas and such. If you have read it, what are your thoughts? Or do you own any of Ross's other books? How good are they?

Re: Infinite Intensity

I own all of his books and tend to follow his protocol when picking and choosing my workouts. You cannot go wrong with Ross.

Re: Infinite Intensity

I got this about 3 weeks ago and it is the best fitness book that I have ever read. The workouts are really good. I am on the 5 day plan with 2 strength workouts per week and then nothing on the weekends. In my own opinion I like Ross alot more than the CF in that it has a more set schedule of set workouts per days. I have noticed changes in a short amount of time. There is really no need to "scale", because you pick your own weights and you are not doing hig reps of lifts and things of that sort. I emailed Ross 1-2 times and he replied right back to me within 1 day and usually with a fairly length answer.

Re: Infinite Intensity

One of the best books out there. His others "Never Gymless" and "Full Throtle Conditioning" are just as good if not better in my opinion (but I'm mainly a bodyweight guy anyways). Work Capicity 101 and The Magic 50 still get me each time I do them. The minute drills he has in Infinte Intensity are so great and can be applied so easy to a fighters workout and scheduel. When I use to do Muay Thai and we fought in 2 min rounds I would just adjust the drills to 2 min rounds with 30 sec rest. He has helped my strength and conditioning an unbelievable amount.

Re: Infinite Intensity

I was given PDFs of some older books by Ross, they are all good, I highly recommend whatever he recommends.
