5 DB Burpees ( this is disgustingly awful)

Score : 20 rds (25# DB) Rx

Need to start doing extra push-up and pull-up stuff before class

Sunday bootcamp

Row for cal
Squat thrusters
Pull-ups
KB swings
Bear crawls
Squats
Plate press
Push-ups

I dislike boot camp wods- they are soooo long however it's the only session offered on Sundays and I'm in the "just keep going, just keep moving, something is better than nothing" portion of my training .
