This is turning out to be a light week bc of work and wedding stuff *but ok I guess once and a while ...only training wed, thurs, fri.

Today i must say my low back is sore and I'm guessing it's bc of rounding on dl or on pc.*

Today I forgot how to Oly lift and it was disastrous . I also could not put more then 53 kilos over my head !!!!

Horrible training tonight. Going to watch Olympics and sulk. Realistically, I know it's a combination of bad habits from Saturday (snatching for speed/reps and not form) , yesterday's heavy and long metcon and pushups this morning ..... But I will still sulk.*

Off fri-sun. Yesterday swam in the ocean for my bachelorette and ate shrimps *(and record made very good progress on getting splashed by waves due to mentoring by Eileen , Miller and I ) Hahaha I love this log....

Anyways , back at it for real. Last week was not consistent training .*

Was able to finish*
Picked 5 pullups bc I would like to do larger sets in metcons . I was able to go unbroken in rds 1-6, then 3 plus 2 in 7-8 and then 3-1-1 in 9 and 10.
Really , I think when I get tired (in general) I drop off the bar too easily which I could see adds so much time (I had alot less time to squat). The strength needed for 5 vs 3 Pullups is minimal, it's just mental weakness**I'm thinking .*

Started resetting off each rep in the heavier rounds, which made reps 2 &3 feel alot harder on the initial pull . *Not the worst thing, I've done 300x3 before but rep style.

Metcon

Squat clean and jerk x2 ( each leg)*
5 Ttb

Score: 4 rds even*
Used 123# (75 % of 165)*

Jerk on left is so weird , my leg refuses to split .*

Adjustment (yay)*

Thinking 530 endurance , just looked and its rowing sprints so that sounds *fun*
