New Rogue Shoes - Question

I just got some new Rogue Do-wins in the mail (they mailed them really fast) and tried them on and I think they may be a little too big. I'm not really sure though because the width is right but I have just a little bit of room in the toe. I can move my toes and I think they are meant to fit snug on the toe? I don't think it's enough to bother any lift but was wondering how others fit.

I should say I knew they would ship a smaller size and they did by a half. Should I send them back for the whole size down?

The shoes are really nice by the way, I'm impressed.
