CrossFit Reading Log
Just recently affiliated and sessions are starting to pick up speed so thought I would post a log form those that are over here also.
8 turned up for tonights class. Paul Johnson was back and Lisa joined us for her first session.
Workout - AMRAP in 20 minutes
6 KB Swings
6 Pull Ups (If can't do Pull Ups then sub with 12 Jumping Pull Ups)
6 KB Press 3+3
Oly - 6 Pull UPs, 12 Push Ups and 18 Sit Ups Due to injury - 9 Rounds
Paul J - 9 Rounds (Pull Ups and 12kg KB)
Paul W - 11 Rounds (Jumping Pull Ups and 12kg KB)
Nigel - 9 Rounds (Jumping Pull Ups and 12kg KB)
Chris - 11 Rounds (Pull Ups and 16kg KB)
James - 10 Rounds (Jumping Pull Ups and 12kg KB)
Liz - 9 Rounds (Jumping Pull Ups and 8kg KB)
Lisa - 11 Rounds (Jumping Pull Ups and 8kg KB)
Then we finished with a few Tabata shuttles
10m Shuttles - 6 rounds - totals from all working sets

Really good session guys. Some new movements this evening and form was good on all. Great intensity and some real grit at the end with the tabatas.
If i've marked the wrong weight down for the KB's then let me know and i'll ammend accordingly.
