A stomach problem

Today we were told in school to run 1300 meters(0.590 mile), the first half was great but right then I've started to feel pain in my stomach, in the right upper stomach muscles.
I ran a few weeks ago 5 k"m(2.27miles) on the beach sand, and it didn't hurt me at all.
1300 seems very small on me, I don't know what happend to me...
I didn't sprint right on the start.

I ate a tuna fish sandwitch with cucamber and a tomato 2 hours before the run, could it be the reason?

Eventually, I finished before last.
Everybody in class got the impress that I'm really fit because i'm the best in deadhang pullups and second in situps...

I will do the same run today next week, and preperations I should do to be the best?

Re: A stomach problem

Cramping?

The food might not have sat well.. but 2 hours is generally enough time. Depends on the person though. Could be the food had something bad it in though.

The stomach is actually nearer to the back... so yeah. It was probably cramping. Hydrate more.
