Hello all, My name is Ace and my wife is Stacy. I am 30 and Stacy is 28. We are from Charleston, WV and new to crossfit. We just wanted to introduce ourselves to all current crossfitters and say hello. We both visit the gym regularly. My past being weightlifting/powerlifting and Stacys mostly endurance type training (cardio). We are excited about this new training and working out together, The plan is to create our own gym in our garage. We have plenty of weights but need some more equipment but will slowly build. So hello to all again and happy crossfitting.

Come to the Pittsburgh Cert in Nov.
Best money you'll ever spend and you'll meet great people that have the potential to change your life.
Honest, it sounds hokey, but I'm telling ya.....

I have checked out the cert. course in Pittsburgh and was actually thinking about it. I am trying to decide if I should go or sink the money into the gym I am trying to assemble in my garage. Do you really think that the course is that good?
