Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Using Angie as an example:
For Time:
100 Pull ups
100 Push ups
100 Sit ups
100 Squats

Am I to complete all reps of a given exercise before moving to the next? A simple YES or NO will suffice. Please don't scold me for not searching or reading the faq.

Just a quick comment - don't ever be afraid to ask a question on the board here and be worried about criticism. I'm new too and I'll ask anything and everyone is still helpful.
