Veronica, thanks! Life begins at 40! Least it did for me.

Anyone with young twins, especially twin boys, has more going on than this lazy dad of 4!

Project of the day, getting the 3 y-o up on two wheels. Almost there!

Thank you for the acknowledgment regarding twin sons. Yes, at times they take my wife and/or myself through something akin to being put through a WOD without being told what it is as you're doing it.

( eg: Q: " many more reps ?"
A: "Just keep going, I'll tell you when you're done. Now, speed up" )
