aw!

I liked the sound of the first suggestion. But then at 135lb, I would. I suggest 155lb-170lb for the C+J.

How about making it 10 reps of one exercise and 5 of the other. And it is up to the athlete to choose whether they do 10 MU and 5 C+J or 10 C+J and 5 MU?

Well I'm going to stick with the bodyweight clean and jerk idea. As solace to those heavyweights who it hurts, I remind you all that you are much stronger than me and would destroy me in a fight. A few days ago I did 5 sets of 2 in the split jerk with 175, and I felt like I had more in me. My bodyweight hovers between 170 and 175 so I'll use 175 for the challenge. I am going to spend a month or maybe even a little more just getting stronger and then I'll give this a shot.

Russ,
Thought of you when this one came up:

Monday 060529
Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
115 pound Thruster, 15 reps
21 L Pull-ups

Right along your line of thinking on the challenge.
