Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

do I have to do all reps at once before advancing to the next exercise or can I create a circuit? I'm not capable of banging out 100 pullups.

This workout is designed for all reps being finished before progressing to the next exercise.

some you can mix and match in circuit fashion, this workout is not one of those...unfortunately, the pullups kill me too.

You need to do all of the pull-ups prior to moving onto the next exercise. The point of the WOD is not to mix and match.

Try breaking the 100 into mini-sets (5 sets of 20, 10 sets of 10, 20 sets of 5, 50 sets of 2, etc.). Try subbing in jumping pull-ups. Try using bands. In short, try anything you can to get those 100. Assistance and scaling as needed are not only smart things to do, they're perfectly acceptable in the context of a WOD.
