I seriously don't understand the apparent hate for hats on here (not you or Blair, just in general) and have never seen anything like it. lol

.... then again I come from the same state as this guy, and if he can wear one with the position he held, then that should tell you something about the local culture....

In other news, here's the owner of my current gym doing some snatch work. I was coaching him because he obviously needs a little coaching. His first attempt here is 110ish kg I think. Last is right around 118. I'm going to be working more with him in the near future to clean him up a bit. His goal in a few weeks at a comp is a snatch at 120kg.

I don't think it is a hate for hats. I see it more as making fun of dorks who wear their hats on the side looking like idiots.

Not really, just trying to maintain strength while I focus on conditioning for a few weeks. Once I am over the hump of this running stuff, I will sprinkle in more lifting volume. Tomorrow will look something like:

Press
2-2-1-1-1

Front squat --> Squat
2-2-2-1-1-1

Deadlift
1-1-1-1-1

Forget that, just do the CF total. Get some new 1RM's.

Well, being someone who can be silly, my hat isn't always on forward or backwards 100% of the time, but if I was going to have a buddy do a video, it wouldn't be sideways. That's for sure. lol

Man that is a good movie! I got the theatrical version and it is better the the original. Really good throw back.
