1-2x per day. Nice and easy. I eat a lot of veggies, 1-2 pieces of fruit, and 200-250 gr of carbs per day.

Re: Renegade Diet

Day 2 and I had to come on here and brag because I just had the best lunch of life ever.

Grilled chicken breast, spinach, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, red pepper, and feta cheese for a wicked protein/fat salad. Best salad I've ever had.
Glass of whole milk to go with it. Afterwards had a slice of pineapple and then a bowl of high fat yogurt with 3 tablespoons of hemp hearts mixed in.

Sandwiches never seemed so lame.

Nice. Careful with the milk. That has carbs. I'd have that as a part of your post workout.

Re: Renegade Diet

Only 160g of beef with 100g of white rice noodles here.

I recently lost interest in making fancy meals. Only when its family time on weekends, but even then Im more into some paleo desserts

Ya I was thinking I don't need it at lunch anyways. I figured it's not too bad it only has 12g or something. In that case I should probably forgo the pineapple till post workout as well ya?

Save all of your carbs, except veggies, until after 4pm.

Re: Renegade Diet

I started this back up 100% again. I definitely missed the huge backloads at night.

I had started eating breakfast again for the last couple of months, but kept using the same principals post workout. I'm going to start fasting again from 6pm to 10am.

Re: Renegade Diet

Whats the reason behind that? You just want to loose some BF or is it something else? Why did you start with breakfast (wow, I only now realised that this is actually coming from break(ing)fast(ing) - wow...) anyway?
