Yup...strenuous physical activity could dangerously stress his joints and heart. Of course, just being that heavy stresses your joints and heart, as well as increasing your risk of diabetes, etc. etc. etc. so it's probably something of a wash. Oh...and the strenuous physical activity...it just might also result in some weight loss.
