Digestion - a reminder
Okay, so what I am about to say is very obvious. But it may be something that you are not doing:
Eat slowly and chew your food properly!
For ages, I wondered why my digestion was terrible. I was taking the probiotics, the ACV, low on carbs etc etc. I thought I was doing everything right. But I still continued to gulp down my food. Clearly, my body was rejecting it!!
So if you have digestive issues, this may be worth considering. It is about making good habits. I reckon I've been eating too fast for years.
Whilst eating slower for the last week my digestion has been fantastic and that is even whilst eating rice/oats/some bread and other grains.
