Billy's Battle Record
Here it goes my first entry. NOT because it's a New Year. Resolutions are LAME. But because of the timing. I was 210 last April and fit. Now I'm 230 and NOT fit. I need to get back to it and not use excuses.
I have a semi annual PT test in March that will consist of a 500yd swim (12min); 1 1/2 mile run (11:30); push ups (40); sit ups (42); chin ups (6); pull ups (6); and the painfull 300M sprint (48sec). I hope to post scores that blow these requirements away. Hopefully this log will help. I won't even post the horrible results of yesterdays work out ( fight gone bad) it went BAD! I'm still struggling to except how out of shape I am. Lets do this........... |
