I am very pleased in how my body has changed since crossfit, however, I find that my chest, trap and calves haven't progressed any! Maybe even lost some size... Any suggestions? Thanks

Crossfit as we know is about functional fitness and less about hypertrophy...if hypertrophy comes from doing it...great if not..oh well.
To specifically hit those areas you might want to think about modifying your training or adding movements after the WOD. Traps - deadlifts, farmers walks Chest - dips(ring or bar), bench press Calves - sprints, farmers walks on tip toes |

frank, what's up with the bodybuilding metality? you have been crossfitting long enough to know that it's not about calf size....

I should have rephrased my question a little more, I wanted to know if there were crossfit like exercises to target these areas. For example, the farmer walks i've never heard about. Trust me, since CF the last thing I want to do is sit on a cald machine and look pretty. :-)

well even rephrasing the question does not take away the implied idea that "targeting" muscles in order to improve their appearance should be an aim of exercise....
rather, IMO the aim of exercise should be "to improve my ability to do x," instead of "to improve the way x looks," however, if that if your prerogative I can respect it. but to answer your question, clean and jerk (or press) would work all the muscles you mentioned -- maybe focus on triple extension... |

How much can you power clean? How many weighted ring dips with 55 lbs. can you do? What's your 100m sprint?
Improve those three, and you traps, pecs, and calves will improve as well. |
