1:30.53 time 11/20/05
I dropped 11 minutes of my best half time 2/16/05. I owe it to Crossfit due to training and also hellashis mental strength. On mile 11 I was thinking to my self this is nothing compared to fight gone bad. JT "sic_fit" |
