Those are crazy hard with a kettlebell half that weight let alone barbell. That's pretty incredible.

That is really nutty on a lot of levels. I'd like to try those at my gym but I would like get made fun of to the point I wouldn't be able to return

Bad ***!

Curious, what are your other lifts at? I'm wondering how strong someone's press, and other lifts are, to pull off something like that.

Well, I've only been doing crossfit workouts consistently for the past two months or so. I will have a better stand point in the fall what my numbers are as I clean my technique

In the past two months, where 1 month has actually used some olympic lifting in the WODs

hang Snatch 165#
C+j, I don't know my max, But I did a WOD yesterday with 185# 5 rounds of 5 reps. It wasn't my max, I can say that for sure.
DeadLift: I did a 315 3RM in another WOD
OHS- 225#
Squat- I did a 5RM at 285# in a WOD

I hope that answers your questions a little bit. Because I haven't spent a lot of time finding my 1RM lifts, that is all I know. It's but I know these are good starting strength weights.

Sean,

First, let me say you are a monster. That was AWESOME!

What was your training like prior to Crossfit?
