I did my first wall squat/sit!

Yesterday, I did a couple wallsquat/sits! I have gone from having a 315+ squat to not being able to go up or down stairs (insanely inflamed knees due to synovitis and patellar luxation.) Not doing squats for almost 3 1/2 months will make you go crazy. I'm feeling like a hauss right now!

Nice! I hear ya on not squatting, I'm still getting over a pulled hamstring from last Thanksgiving, I didn't squat for five months...still taking it easy but it's frustrating to lose strength. Good luck getting back to your former strength levels!
