Just beginning the whole Crossfit adventure, but I thought I'd note some PRs.
Managed my first ring dip! Had to jump to get into position, but totaled two ring dips by the end of workout. Climbed 90% of the climbing rope (guessing ~25 feet high). Much better than last time, when I only got about half way up the rope. Next time I want to touch the top! 'Walked' about 5-6' feet in a handstand. Did 4 headstand to handstand push-ups by the end of the workout. Aside from a bit of base I worked myself up to prior to CF this came from Zoning, working up to the CF Warm-up x3 and starting the Beginners routine described in CF Journal #9 (May 2003). Thanks, |

Congrats, Eric. It sounds like you're well on your way, so keep it up. Make sure you listen to your body and rest when you need to. Keep us all posted on your gains, we love to hear about 'em :-)
