Did a ****load of sets, but sadly didn't count them. I will count them next time. But for the record, didn't do one full set

5 Ring handstand push-ups


Deadlift at 380
subbed hspu for 140lb shoulder press

7:15 (first pr)
I was surprised I'd expected a longer time, since i set my dl at 8mr and shoulder press at 5mr. Very fun workout!

Set a cone at 20 meters. Five rounds for time of:
185 pound barbell Overhead walk, 40 meters
30 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
95 pound barbells Farmer carry, 40 meters


My timer didn't start apparently, but it took between 25 to 30 min

this is probably about 50lb difference from the usual range I do, so I'm pretty satisfied with my lift. Expecting a 10lb pr next time this comes around

The gym was closed for canada day so I did this outside in the park.

25:30 (first pr), could have been faster with a proper pull up bar

50 pound dumbbell Push jerk, 5 reps
7 Box jumps, 30 inch box

Biked 20k, had 1:30 of hot yoga the same day, didn't feel like doing it completely.

Wearing a 20 pound vest, three rounds for time of:
1K Run
10 Muscle-ups
100 Squats


10 muscle ups subbed for pull ups and push-ups since I couldn't dip in the park.

It was 40 degrees with the blazing sun outside, and I felt at the second round I'd faint and/or puke, so I stopped.
