For anyone that can help, last night I sprained my ankle playing floor hockey. I can walk with no pain, havent tried running yet. The outside is swollen but like I said, very little pain. My problem is I have this test
coming up on the 15th of this month. How should I be training for the next couple weeks? I plan on doing WOD 1 day on 1 day off until the Sunday prior to the test. Any suggestions? Sorry I cant give any times on WOD up until now, my log is at work...

Get some cold laser treatments--I saved a woman about 1 week of recovery by giving her a couple of treatments.

Go to for the locations of any practitioners in your area.
