Hi CF-ers !

At last I started the CF method last week. So far it has been awesome. Love the workouts and love the sweat and complete exhaustion.
I just had to adapt the routines and also not went hard ... The first workout I did was sooooo hard I just needed to re-look my approach and do it more "building intensity" so now I go hard but 'at my own pace'
I actually started the CF lmethod after seeing the movietrailer for "300" with Mark from

Man I can't help it : I love those workouts and the variation.

Now a little more abbout me :

I am a shotokan blackbelt and former European karate champion. My passion is fitness and I own my onw fitness education and marketing company which gives me little time to train : that's also one of the reasons why I started CF !! For years I did HIT style BB workouts but all I got was smoother and out of shape...After a week on the workouts I feel and see already a difference and I have the feeling I really train !!! Believe me I haven't had that feeling in a long time :-)

I will figure out the Zone and use it but I need to learn more about it.
It feels great to be here !!!
You can check out my blog (in dutch) : to follow my workouts. As you will see it is not exactly the same as WOD but one has to start somewhere ...

All help is appreaciated !
