heres a WOD I call 20 ta 2
20 double unders 18 squat jumps 16 80# ground to shoulder sandbag lifts 8 each side 14 jumping lunges 7 each side 12 tire flips 10 ring dips 8 kb thrusters 2 16kg bells 6 hanging leg raises 4 pull through to inverted hangs 2 rope climbs 15ft. I did only 1 rd. in 13.11.77 |
