OK, I was posed a question this morning and I answered it the best I way I knew how, but I was wondering if yall had any other views.
My buddy who is a physical therapist said to me today during our workout that I shouldn't do sit ups through my full range of motion because of the hyper extension in my back. I asked him why not and he replied along the lines of because of the compression on the Lumbar discs and the potential to cause anterior bulging in the discs.
I would love to hear what yall have to say, I personally don't agree but I only have my point of view. As a side note I perform the situp on a glute and ham developer, I follow the crossfit ROM during the movement.
