Jerk PR

I don't have the privilege of working out at a Cf gym so im kinda having to push myself. Well i had gotten my jerk to 205 and had kinda gotten scared for a while on trying to go any higher, didnt wanna hurt myself. But today i went for it. Had been practicing alot of form lately and got 225 up successfully ....then i let out a roar that made the whole gym look at me... totally made my day

Re: Jerk PR

Andrew, this is sweet man and great work. I remember the first time I jerked 225, I let out the same grunt that directed everyone's attention my way. No one is putting that kind of weight up over their heads at my gym, I am sure you are in the same boat!

Re: Jerk PR

Thanks man...ya it like freaks people out, cause i am not a big guy, or look like it at all i wear looser fitting clothes. These big jacked dudes are shoulder pressing like 100 pounds and grunting like there lifting a truck or something, then they see me putting 4 plates over my head. Then they get real quite lol. That is my recommendation to anyone who is stuck workout out at a globo gym like me and tired of the "meatheads" making weird noises all day...bust out a heavy jerk
