Programming Advice

Im just looking for some programming advice to achieve my goals.

1: Max APFT (77 pushups, 82 situps, and 13:18 2 mile run)
2: 20 Pullups/Chinups
3: 4 mile run (wearing body armour with plates, ACUs, , boots, and helmet)
4: 6 foot wall climb (same uniform)
5: 50 meter dummy carry weighing 50lbs (same uniform

Im thinking of
Tabatta Pushups, Situps, and Squats
Max Pullups/Chinups 3-5 sets
4 mile runs for time
Tabatta Sprints
Duffel Bag carries

Any advice in refining this would be appreciated

Re: Programming Advice

Do CrossFit, and at times do CrossFit in your gear. Grease-The-Groove in situps, pushups, and pullups. And maybe throw in a longer run once or twice a week depending on how you feel. 20 deadhang pullups can take a bit of time to achieve. Some reason people have issues getting past about 15. But try adding some weighted pullups when you are GTG'ing.

You don't want to narrow it down to only a few exercises (I mean you can, but then its not really CF programming). Nothing wrong with doing any of that stuff you listed, but more variety than just doing those exercises should help you. But I'd probably do some Tabata pushups, situps, and pullups as part of designing my own workout.

(e.g. do 2 rounds, of Tabata pushups : rest 1 minute, Tabata situps: rest 1 minute, Tabta pullups: rest 2 minutes)

and I'd do a workout like 8x400m wearing weighted vest or bodyarmor.
