Go here: http://paleochix.com/?p=1957 (WFS). That has a pic from April of 2009 and a pic from April 2010. Anyway, that is the difference between 174 lbs and probably 132 lbs. So, you can compare the 132 lb pic to the pics in the first post in this thread. And, then, I am attaching a new pic from the other day here, which is at 145 lbs. You can see that I no longer look like a meth addict. Not that I thought I looked like a meth addict, but if anonymous people on the internet were going to say horrible things about me they might use that term. Of course, we know that would never happen because people are awesome.

The difference between today and the pic from April really has nothing to do with food. Granted, there have been more days lately where I've eaten peanut butter just for the sake of a few extra calories, but the real difference comes from what I am doing for training. I've gained weight from lifting heavy and essentially cutting out almost all conditioning for the last 4+ months.
you look good as a fatty, tamara. i'm glad you stopped rowing 2ks after a double helen "just for fun"

I've seen the before pics, but it still amazes me how much of a transformation you went through, great job! Definitely showing this to anyone who doubts what a good diet and workout program will do.
Thanks. And, it would be nice if my basement had higher ceilings. I can't go overhead down there. Ick.

Awww, thanks, Renee. Now, let's not be dramatic. You know very well that rowing a 2k is the worst WOD ever and that I tried to die both times that I did it.

You're hot when you don't look malnourished, Tamara.

Re: One year of eating "clean" and lifting kind of heavy with pics

Ok, add me to the list. You look MUCH better in that November 3 picture. You just look healthier and, I don't know, "fuller"??? (Sorry, my english is limited). You looked way too skinny in the 132# pic, with too much definition in your abs. In this recent pics though, your legs look so much bigger, and your midsection looks better to me in spite of being less ripped.

You now look that some of those ladies that are sometimes featured in the mainpage and generate lots of comments

Congratulations.

Congratulations.
I'ma change the title of this thread to "Please tell me how hot/healthy/non-method-addict-like I look."

Okay, in all seriousness...

I think the important thing is that I've added more than 60 lbs to my deadlift, 40 lbs to my squat, 25 lbs to my clean, and 20 lbs to my snatch in the last several months.
