2 X 6 Glute Ham Station Plans

I made up a set
http://www.flickr.com/photos/24457143@N03/2320512717/
of plans and Diagrams for the GDH I showed a few days ago.
I can't put them on this message board as the files are to big. I tried Flickr but it was to big there as well.
They are in a word doc right now. Can anyone suggest anything. If not , if anyone wants a set of plans they can contact me personally and I'll e-mail a copy

Norm,

I would love a copy... I'm loving adding homemade products to my home gym! Squat rack/cage is next. Then maybe a GH station!

Thanks in advance.

Hey Norm,

Converting to PDF should bring down the file size quite a bit. If you want to send a copy my way, I'll see what I can do.

I'd like a set of plans. Was it really that much more economical than store bought, or is it more about your pride in making it yourself?

I estimate about - -6-7 8ft 2x6 which I had hanging around and 1 24x24 3/4 in peice of plywood 2 24x24in 1/2" peices which I also had . I just bought a box deck screws and a foam pad. So there was pride yes but it didn't cost me anything either

Re: 2 X 6 Glute Ham Station Plans

Nice work Norm. I am definitely interested in making something like this (versus paying big bucks), so I would like it if you emailed me a copy of the plans.

I have an idea (based on the photo you posted at Flickr) of a means of making it fold up out of the way (like one of those beds that fold into the wall). If I modify it, I will definitely post those plans, as I know that floor space is always at a premium for garage or basement gyms, and that bad-boy takes up a good chunk of real estate.

Re: 2 X 6 Glute Ham Station Plans

I almost forgot:
The designer of these plans accepts not responsibility real or imagined for any real or imagined benefit derived from your own GHD. Bla -bla bla-bla
Have fun!
