SEAL Fit

Does anyone follow this program? I am thinking about starting it, I am in the Army and just passed an Assessment and I want to be ready for what comes next. I have done Crossfit for a while now and I have followed Crossfit football, main site and military athlete.

If you do follow seal fit do you do the operator wods or the candidate wods?

be good at rucking. be good at going up and down a rope. be good at being able to walk and carry stuff. so farmers carry, ruck march, and rope work. other than that just be in general shape. sealfit will work fine. so will CF, military athlete, or any number of other programs. lots of guys make it down the pipe without doing any of these specific programs.

if a person could do all five of the villain challanges and do well on the operator ugly test they would be well prepared.

Re: SEAL Fit

Sealfit is great, but some of the workouts are pretty long so be prepared for that. Gym Jones also has some great "Operator" specific workouts on their site.
