New skill ideas

Was challenged at our gym this month to learn a new skill. Most are doing handstand walls and so on. I want something more unique. Any suggestions?

Re: New skill ideas

instead of going for unique, why not go for awesome? if it is awesome enough it will be unique because very few will be able to do it.

I've got most movements down I can do. I was thinking Triple Unders but someone else is doing that already.

Re: New skill ideas

Handstand pirouettes. Kick up to HS, and try to turn around in a circle. If you can do this, HS walking will be easy.

Press to handstand.

HSPU on rings.

Strict muscle up on rings.

Legless rope climb.

Strict chest to bar pull up.

Or do the MU, legless rope climb or C2B in an L position.

@jefff
You start of on your knees and load your hamstrings and jump onto the ground like you would for a box jump. Add a plate to increase the height. It will work on explosiveness. Switch to pistols to make it more challenging.
