I've done a search for this but to no avail.... how much should I consume on a daily basis? How much is too much?

BTW, started drinking coconut milk this week... could definitely feel my heart racing a bit faster and today I drank a can in the morning and felt a lot more energized to take on my workout than I have in a long time.

Usually between 4-8 Tbs of the oil, I am not sure of the RDA for coconut milk. That dosage is if it is being used at a supplement, if for a food source, I don't think there is a limit. Of course you want to keep track of your calories.
