Yea I'm putting my final list together early next week. I'm a little over the intended budget but whatever.

I think I was doing it wrong when I tired it which is why I didn't like it. I think I was gripping the barbell normally but grabbing my thumb around the bar which made it "fat" and for me to think people were pulling with just a few fingers. Basically connecting my thumb and finger tips around the barbell.

So I placed an order on mdusa yesterday but still need a few things.

I got 2 technique bars in that order so If I have 4 mens bars, and 2 technique do you guys think I need to order 2 womens bars? They're about 185 or so with the sales going on.

Yes get the Women's bars for sure - In addition to fitting most womens hands better, they are nice cause you can use 15lbs bumpers on them to make 65lbs which last better than 10lbs bumpers on a 45. (Not much better but still everything helps with the poor 10 and 15 bumpers...)

I don't have 15lb bumpers lol. I have a bunch of steel 5's though.

Had Matt Chan and his wife in my L1. Very detailed couple, and great, great instruction. Was Very stoked to have received some skills training by them both.

Maybe I'm not picturing your description well, but that sounds like the correct way? Wrap your thumb around the bar and then wrap your fingers over the thumb.

Passed level 1. Just got the email. To be honest I was a little stressed because it was not exactly an easy as people made it out to be.

Re: How does my list look? Affiliate for 6 people classes

Hi Mike, first, congrats for your project!
actually I'd like to create a small affiliate also, in europe (i'm french, but i would do it in germany)

Did you think to the Rogue yokes? I see you speaking about squat stands.
the yokes are all together squat stands, push/pull sleds, pull up bar and of course you can carry them.
And they don't need a lot of space, you can move them easily.

I was to the strongman course and I've been amazed by it.

did you find your first athletes?

I actually didn't consider that. I ended up buying 2 s2's.

I have about 5 members all ready to go.
