Make sure to get your head through at the top. Should be able to see your ears in front of your arms when viewed from the side.

^that. It might help to think about getting your head through sooner, like as soon as the bar clears the top of your head shove your head forward.

For a traditional press are your hands to far apart resulting in your elbows starting to the side and behind you instead of creating a shelf with the lats supporting? Cant' really tell from the angle of this video.
