Still no chance of doing any Met-Cons in my gym. Just been doing 2-3km run to gym and back for a bit of cardio to go with the football (soccer) training on a thursday / match on sundays.

Hi Richard,

I'm not following a CrossFit programme at the minute because I've had to join my local bodybuilding gym as its the only gym I can get to without having a car!!

There's no chance of doing Cross Fit workouts in there so I'm just doing building / strength work until I get a new car.

When I do follow a CF programme, I use www.crossfitcm2.com for my workouts. My workmate is a member at this gym and they do a good mix of strength / met-con.
