Today's Mobility WOD

Today's mobility WOD is to stretch for a minute every time you sit. For me, I work from about 8 to 3 Monday through Friday with almost the whole time spent in an office chair, so this mobility WOD is going to make me look absolutely retarded when I'm stretching for 3.5 hours out of the day.

How many people have jobs where they spend the majority of the time standing and where do I apply?

You could always get a job as a construction worker, barber, cashier, mailman, etc

I'd also like a big paycheck.

I work in a PT clinic. It's very easy for me to go 4-5 hours without sitting down...

I've set up my office with a standing desk. Makes a big difference. You can also get elevator desks that can be used either standing or sitting, although those are pretty expensive.

Me too.

And by standing desk, I mean, I put a box on my desk and put my laptop on top of it. It's not ideal, I tweak it all the time, and I still sit down occasionally, but it's better than sitting all day.

My coworkers love me.

Re: Today's Mobility WOD

Thanks for the responses. The desk elevation isn't a bad idea, I might look into that.
