Lightbulb Keeping CrossFit FUN [Work Safe/Family Friendly]

In January my box started a fitness/nutrition challenge and we've all been keeping blogs to record our daily eating habits. I've been using the blog to bring a little fun to some of my CrossFit friends and I thought some of you in the community might get some laughs from it as well.

The main posts are all hilarious so if aren't laughing then you don't get jokes

Recently I've added some educational elements with some great references and links to other interesting websites in the community. I'm open to suggestions so please give me some feedback with any content/links/resources you've come across in your CrossFit career.

CrossFit is Fun so give your friends and gym-mates a reminder and send them over to my blog!
