Yeah, my 5'3" wife got 12 calories per row. So I think assuming you'd get 11 is pretty reasonable even still on the low side perhaps. I've had as few as 12 and as many as 17. I'm not sure 5 extra calories is worth what it takes to get it though. And the FGB format seems to leave you with more like 45 seconds of rowing than 60 after you account for transition time.

353 which is my personal PR. I tried to average at least 25reps between all the exercises every round (shot for 15cals on rower).

I don't have my exact per round results but it was something like this...

WB 32 / 30 / 28
SDHP 28 / 25 / 25
BJ 24 / 21 / 20
PP 28 / 25 / 25
ROW 13 / 14 / 15

This is probably my 5th FGB and my previous bests were 302 & 338.

Next time I'm shooting for 30 reps on the SDHPs and PP each round. 375 is my next target.

My FGB rules to live by: (1) never put down the bar! (2) set a target # and don't allow yourself to miss it. (3) I stopped about 5 secs short of each minute to give myself a break and to get to the next station.
