Exclamation Article on "How Often Should I Train?"

I just published an article on my affiliate's website that I thought might be of interest to some in this forum. It answers the question I get most from beginning CrossFitters: "How Often Should I Train?"

Good read, thanks for posting this. A lot of people could benefit from this, I think too many people just look at the schedule of others for when to work out rather than look at what is best for their particular situation. This provides a good in-depth examination of a variety of individuals
