unbelievable.

Seriously, I watched the fight over again this morning, and I thought Wren totally controlled the first round, landed more shots, and definitely landed more powerful shots. How it wasn't AT LEAST a draw, after 2 I'll never know.

lame

Yep, I don't know how any judge could have given that 1st round to Nelson. 2nd round, sure, but it wasn't even that decisive. That being said, a 3rd round would have been a disaster for Wren. He was looking exhausted and Nelson was looking better. I can't stand the way Nelson fights to not lose. That is not going to get him very far IMO.

Big country is trying to cruise by so he can be fresh for his finals fight. A good, if not boring, strategy.
X2 for the 3rd round. Wren would have lost, although Wren did have more gas in the tank left than 95% of the other fighters on the show at the end of the second round.

Nelson is kind of a joke. I love how Dana craps on him every episode.

Yeah Nelson is a joke....He has a horrible ground game, but he did once beat this guy in grappling...i think his name was Fred Mur. Funny listening to Dana crap on a guy that would submit him faster then a white belt on the first day of BJJ but praise one of the worst technical fights I have ever seen.

Nelson is legit man, if anything he is trying to coast by for the overall win. THat being said, I thought he lost the last fight and at very least should have went to the third. However, he is far from a joke.

Disappointed that Big Country won and Big Baby lost. Country did earn it though, as did Brendan. That was an impressive turnaround after being caught in the full mount. Looking forward to the finale and the chance to see Houston Alexander again. Kimbo better step it up.

Nelson was boasting about being fun and exciting to watch. I could not disagree more. He is one of the most boring fighters I've seen.

he's definitely a snoozfest. what will he do when he can't lay his big belly on someone and put them in an ironcross? very impressed by brendan's ability to fight his way out of that mount...i thought he was done for sure. marcus jones should re-think quitting, a little more skill development and he will be very tough!

Marcus is fighting at least one more time -- scheduled to fight Mitrione at the finale.

It's a pretty good, free card Saturday night.

Agreed - I'm going to enjoy the nice freebie this weekend... but I really like the card for next weekend, and will undoubtedly shell out the coin to watch it.

Agreed. And I will undoubtedly find a friend who is purchasing the fight and show up with a 12-pack
