When dancing swing (and most any other dance with Body Flight), rolling from the center of the front of the heel to the inside three toes gives you great control then rolling 'straight-forwards' onto the outside two toes.

i have a problem with my computer... it seems that some of the buttons are mixed for instance if i wanted to use the @ button i need to hit shift + " to get the @ and vice versa... does anyone know the fix? there are other keys mixed up as well...
