TUF Season 8

Anyone geeked up about this season?

I can't wait for it to begin.

Plus UFC Fight Night tonight should be a good one: Nate Diaz v. Josh Neer, Clay Guida v. Mac Danzig, Houston Alexander v. Eric Schafer, etc.

Re: TUF Season 8

I'm definitely excited for Fight Night. I always enjoy watching Guida, and Diaz has such sic BJJ. I'm hoping to see those two come out on top tonight.

Re: TUF Season 8

Just saw a part of the 1st episode, one of the guys fainted because of the Vegas heat !

This is going to be an awesome season, the fighters look on point and I think Mir and Nogueira are going to be terrific coaches. I read that Nog is going to bring Anderson Silva and also Mashida for some training, that's nuts !

Do you think Eric Schafer has a chance against Houston Alexander? It's going to be an interesting fight between Guida and Danzig. Clay Guida is so explosive and sets such a fast pace.

I don't know - but I doubt he'll go down in 8 seconds!
I am thinking the Guida/Danzig fight will be the fight of the night.

Re: TUF Season 8

I agree. I want Danzig to win purely because I found him funny on his bit in TUF. Looking forward to all the fights though.

That would be so awesome.
Can you imagine getting to train with those guys in addition to the other training they're getting with their regular coaches and teams? The guys at the house this season are really going to be in for a treat!

I used to dislike the Diaz brothers because of their attitudes. However, they've won me over by the simple fact that they A) can fight, B) have amazing BJJ (which is more a source of envy for me) and C) they really do put in the work to be good at what they do.

This season's TUF is going to be amazing. Though, I can't see the coaches fight going any way but one ...
