Well, simple as that.
Are there any substitutions in the exercises?
Which months is it possible?
Previos experience anyone?
I have a cliente that has beeen in CF during 12 weeks already and got pregnant, she wants to continue.
Any input greatly appreciated.

Email Annie@crossfit.com, as anyone who saw her at the May Cert knows she is VERY pregnant and still kicking everyones butt in teh Tabata squats. also see her do some pul ups in one of the videos from the main site. drop her a line, she is still working out...i swear that baby will be born doing thrusters...
